Payment
We require a deposit of 20% before starting work on your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

We own the intellectual property rights to the services we provide, including all designs, code, and content. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your own personal or business purposes.
You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, we will provide you with all work completed up to the termination date.
